Sometimes, you just do not know how to edit images, which way it would look best, or if the photos is worth it at all. You might get stuck and have no inspiration for editing. I always like to step back from my work and come back later when I’m in a creative rut. Eventually, when I go back to edit, the process becomes much easier.

This is what happened with these sets of images. I was stuck and did not know how to edit them. Inspiration struck eventually and I was able to start playing around with the presets and edit the images. So, I would love to show you what I did.

I’ll show you different ways of how to edit images. There are different ways to edit images, each way makes the photo unique. Even slight adjustments can make the biggest difference.

​This is how I edited these:

​I pulled up the exposure quite a bit, gave the whole image a lot more contrast, changed the temperature to make it warmer and make the sun pop. I also pulled up the vibrancy a bit! And I made a black and white version.

I used the Black and White Preset from The Willow Collection for this image.

For the last image, I used Willow 3g from The Willow Collection as well. I lifted the shadows and turned down the blue saturation. It’s important to play around and adjust some things to get the final image you want.

So, if you’re feeling uninspired, take a step back to regroup and come back at a later time to edit your images. They’ll come out better than you thought they would!
