It's Spooky Season

A Halloween Styled photo session.

Halloween is upon us and honestly, it's my favorite season of the year. Not only is it my birthday in October, but it also is officially fall. Fall is my favorite time of year, I love all the comfy styles we can wear at home and during outdoor sessions. I love the fall foliage of the trees around us, which is perfect for all the Embrace Presets. I had an indoor Halloween inspired photo session the other day, and I want to show you how quickly and simple I set up my studio and light.

Here are a few of the things I used to set this

style. First, I used my new favorite wall tapestry from The Emotive Photographer Store, I hung it on the wall approximately one feet away from the window for strong natural light hitting my subject to emulate the moonlight. I threw black fabric over the chair, made sure her outfit fit the theme. I bought the crown and gloves at the Spirit Halloween store and she brought the bodysuit and hosiery. That's it my friends, keep it simple, that's how you get it done!
